These terms apply to the AVERYNZA Shopify application and related services, operated by TAJHERA VENTURES. By installing or using AVERYNZA, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Shopify terms and requirements.
The service
AVERYNZA analyzes available Shopify order, refund and return activity and presents potential leakage indicators, evidence and review guidance. Analysis is read-only: AVERYNZA does not issue refunds, change orders or products, or make decisions for you. Findings can be incomplete or inaccurate because they depend on the data Shopify makes available and are not accounting, legal, fraud, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing evidence and deciding what action, if any, to take. AVERYNZA does not guarantee that any revenue will be identified or recovered.
Access and acceptable use
You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and must use the service in compliance with Shopify requirements and applicable law. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use findings to make unsupported accusations about a customer, employee, or other person. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and for activity carried out through your Shopify account.
Shopify data and privacy
Your use of AVERYNZA authorizes it to process Shopify data within the permissions you grant, as described in the Privacy Policy. AVERYNZA does not modify your Shopify store. Uninstalling the app stops future authorized access and triggers deletion of the app's store records as described in that policy.
Plans, trials and cancellation
Where paid plans or trials are offered, plan prices, trial eligibility, billing intervals, renewals and cancellation terms are shown in Shopify's hosted purchase and subscription screens and are governed by the terms shown there. Shopify administers subscription charges and payment details; AVERYNZA does not collect or store your payment card details. Manage or cancel a subscription through the Shopify controls available to your store. Changes to access follow the subscription status Shopify reports to the app.
For the service's refund and cancellation information, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Confirm the subscription status and effective cancellation date in Shopify's billing controls. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability, suspension and termination
We may update or discontinue parts of the service and may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or Shopify requirements, or address misuse. You may stop using AVERYNZA by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellation and any remaining paid period are handled under the terms presented by Shopify.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an availability basis and may be interrupted, delayed or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAJHERA VENTURES disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
